Opt-out text in emails in other languages

We use this in Slovenia.
E-mail coming from Involve.me has at the bottom "Opt-out".
But in Slovenia they don't undertand this and therefore they need a way to translate it to Slovenia language or remove it as they only use it as a confirmation email 1 time after they also made a consent in the form of getting the results send per email also.
