Notification emails when the integration fails

We had a few failed Salesforce integrations and only found out about them by chance. It would be helpful to receive a message immediately so that we can start troubleshooting and prevent other integrations from failing.

There are successfully created responses in involve.me, but unfortunately they were not successfully transmitted via an integration in a CRM such as Salesforce. Only a small red "i" is displayed on the respective response. We do not notice this error without notification. This means we are losing important leads.
Please help us to make this more transparent.
