Multiple answers selectable - exclusive answer option

If a Multiple Choice element is set up as "Multiple answers selectable", one (or more) of the answer options would exclude (or deselect) the other options.
For example: I could offer 3 product options and a package option that contains all 3 products. The product options would become deselected if the package option is chosen, since it already contains them all.
This would be useful to be able to offer a discount on a product package.
