We would like to be able to add a user to an organization that has the same privileges as the Owner account, so effectively an admin account.
It would allow managing users and integrations with another account, as the Organization Owner might want to delegate these tasks to other users.

This would be great. As a developer I was hoping to integrate webhooks into our forms but was unable to because only the owner could set up the webhooks.
