Hide Empty Fields in Summary Mail

I am currently building a multi-step form with several conditional decision trees. This means I have a lot of questions (currently 20, with a prospect of 50-75 in the fully expanded version).
When I receive the email with the submissioninformation, it becomes long and confusing because of many empty fields. For this reason, I would like to hide the unused fields in the email. The same applies to the user summary template on the final page.
