Right now funnel analytics only show the percentage of users who started and answered a question. Because most questions can be skipped, and because logic jumps create multiple paths, it’s almost impossible to tell where users actually abandon the funnel. From a business perspective, the more valuable metric would be seeing exactly which slide or page caused a user to end their session.
The current setup often misleads since a skipped question does not equal a drop-off. What’s needed is a clear distinction between skipping and ending a session, along with a view of where in the flow users are exiting. Having this data would highlight the true friction points inside logic-driven funnels and provide actionable insights for improving performance.
This feature would make the analytics far more practical and would strengthen the platform’s reputation for handling complex, logic-based forms.
