Else Function in Conditional Logic

C

When creating complicated logic based on multiple answers, it would be nice to be able to show certain objects based on triggers but then have an "else" function that shows another object if none of the others trigger. If we have 3 outcomes that send to specific links then 1 outcome that is a catchall, creating the logic to send people to the 3 specific options makes sense but creating the logic to fill in the gaps of the other 3 and include all other possibilities is much more complicated.

Hello Christian, thank you for the suggestion!
However if we were to make these changes to the conditional logic feature, then it would stop being conditional logic and would instead become an if/else function.
The conditions are always on the element, and not the other way around. With this being said, if you want to show a different element from your initial one, you just need to add another element like it and either apply the negative conditions to it, or add the same conditions as your initial element and change the conditional logic option to "Hide when".

If by any chance there are things missing from the conditional logic (eg. can't make a button appear based on another element) let us know and we'll take the feedback. But in regards to changing how the conditional logic works, that is something that we won't be able to do, as that is not how the feature should work.

We hope this helps!
