Hello Allison! We currently support the "Cmd/Ctrl + C" and "Cmd/Ctrl + V" commands in the editor, which allows you to copy and paste elements respectively. You can do this within one project, or copy elements across projects even!
Since we already offer this feature, we'll go ahead and close this suggestion.
