Choose what page to start on in pop-ups and other embeds options

We have a referral form, "Tell a Friend," to which we link to with or without first telling people WHY they should refer.
In our project, the first page contains the WHY. The second page contains the referral form.
Depending on if we have told people the WHY beforehand, we want to send people either to the first WHY page or directly to the referral form on the second page.
In the "Embed options, we can't currently choose which page the pop-up should open - please make that possible!

this is already possible via the "start" parameter in hidden fields.
