Allow the rating element value in calculators

The rating element should be available inside the calculator element and the "custom calculator" option of score-based outcome settings.

Hello involvers!
Now you can add the Rating element inside the Calculator element and also inside the "Custom Calculator" option of score-based outcome settings. Make sure to toggle the option "Answer is required" ON, on your Rating element in order to be able to use it in calculator formulas!
