Icons and Descriptions for Text Answers

The text list answers are a staple, but it would be nice to be able to add icons to the left of them, and/or description text underneath, similar to this example (also see attached screenshot). Maybe the answer is to allow the "image" answer type to allow this format (image on the left). Example: lumi.mybeautybox.style/quiz/?id=7
